Tamar Energy and its partners have been shortlisted for three UK's AD & Biogas Industry Awards - Best on-farm AD project, Best food and drink industry project and Best AD team project.
The Best on-farm AD project submission is for the 3 MW Retford AD facility, the UK's largest on-farm AD facility and a joint venture with Sutton Grange Anaerobic Digestion. The Best food and drink industry shortlisted project is the 1.5 MW Holbeach AD facility, a joint venture with QV Foods' parent company Worth Farms, and the Best AD team shortlisted project, a joint entry between Monsal, Barhale and Tamar Energy, is for the industry-leading approach to health and safety at Tamar Energy's Halstead AD facility. The Awards dinner takes place on 2 July at the NEC, Birmingham.
